We’d love to have you as our newest customer, but understand that this can be a big step to take. Because of this, we have designed a unique policy that allows you to receive a full refund of your first order, if you are unhappy for any reason. Here’s how it works!
All you have to do is sign up, and request a new project. After you receive your finished product, we’d like you to take some time to review it. If you aren’t completely satisfied, feel free to request a refund. We will be happy to oblige.
Any exceptions? Just a few small ones. First, we require that you ask for your refund within 14 days. The second is that this offer is only available for first time customers. You may not cancel your account and sign up again just to receive another refund. When we do grant your refund, it will be through the instrument you used to make your initial payment. You also agree not to use any refunded content for any purpose.
